How long does it take to make and deliver custom shoes?
Each pair of custom shoes is handcrafted with attention to detail, which takes time to ensure the highest quality. Our standard production time is 3-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. Once completed, shipping typically takes 3-5 days based on your location. If you need your shoes by a specific date, please let us know in your request, and we’ll do our best to accommodate rush orders when possible.
Can I use my own logo, design, or color scheme?
Absolutely! We specialize in creating shoes that reflect your brand or personal style. You can upload your logo, design inspiration, or color preferences when filling out the "Request a Custom Order" form. We recommend high-resolution files in PNG, SVG, or AI format for the best results. If you need help refining your design, our team is happy to assist.
What is your refund or exchange policy for custom orders?
Since each pair is custom-made specifically for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a defect or an error on our part. However, we take extra steps to ensure your satisfaction by providing mockups and design approvals before production. If you receive your shoes and encounter any issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Can I wear my shoes?
Absolutely. Each shoe is painted and sealed using high quality leather paint, specially designed to flex and bend.
How much does a custom signature design cost?
After submitting a form I will reach out to you and build a custom mockup design. Price will be determined based on the level of detail and complexity of the design. Typically a range of $500-$800.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time I only ship within the US.
